Supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows XP (Home Edition, Professional, Media Center Edition, or Tablet PC Edition) with Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Windows Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, or Ultimate).

Do you have Service pack 2 installed? If you don't, you'll get this error. You may also encounter this problem if you are trying to install on the 64 bit version of XP.
If you are using XP SP2 32 bit and are encountering this problem, please contact support.
