How do I remove this threat manually without damaging the system the website download I got this infection from was www.any-video-conerter.com.

The infected files are in your temp files, so removing the malware should have no impact on your system.
Start here - https://support.microsoftsecurityessentials.com/
and select the link that says - I think my computer is infected - and then select the support option for phone, chat or email (options will vary by Region)
