    I set up one care on my wifi network and cannot connect with my wireless laptop. error message is; the network password needs to be 40bits or 104bits depending on your network configuration. This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascii characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal characters.

      On the computer used to secure your wireless network open One Care>Change Settings>Firewall>Advanced Settings>Network>Details. You can now view the network key created by One Care and copy it to your laptop.
