tune up with windows live onecare

Sunday, October 04, 2009 11:03 PMwhen i try to run a tune-up i get an error window entitled Adcanced INF installer which says "error unregistering the OCX". after i click ok, i soon get another error box that says "inf install failure. reason:access is denied". i click ok again, but the tune up later stalls on the virus section and never can complete the tune up.
help????

It sounds like there may be a problem with permissions on your PC.
