      What's the error message?

       

      Can't Download or Can't Install?

       

      Are you able to do Windows Update?

        danzig asked some good questions. You may want to jump right to the troubleshooting for typical OneCare update problems, but I suspect that what actually happened is that the upgrade to 2.0.2500.22 failed. What version do you show in Help/About in OneCare? What does OneCare report as actions to take?
