Sunday, March 28, 2010 8:25 PMMy windows live care is in the read and isn't updating my virus spyware. It's saying Windows One care couldn't find any updates. IT has been doing this for about a week now

Check your PC date and time first.
Right click the clock in the system tray. Select Adjust Date and Time.
Verify and correct the month, day, year, hour, minutes and time zone.
Reboot if you changed any of the above.
