Live Onecare will not work ...RED

Firewall is frozen.

Updates will not install.

Are you close to fixing the problem?

I have patient for several days now...should a go another company.

Please try the following tools. Reboot after using each one.

Firewall repair tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2468376&SiteID=2

Virus and Spyware repair tool - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2667445&SiteID=2

Then, open OneCare and click on check for updates.
