Saturday, October 31, 2009 8:41 PMLike many, I have been given a free 6 month extension to the OneCare services for the 3 computers in this circle. At the end of the first month (oct 31st), I suddently have a "at risk" (red) status on all 3 computers. Within the Live OneCare window, I am requested to update the virus and spyware protection, but pressing the update button (from any computer) produces no visible results!
Separately(?), one of the computers also lost its access to Windows Live Messenger. Rebooting the computer does not help, Microsoft Update works but does not solve this problem.
