My upgrade of Windoes Live OneCare was also automatic.  Now my machine is running at over 50% processor utilization.  I deleted (using the wizard) and reinstalled One Care - same situation.  Anyone else having this problem?  I know it's One Care causing it, because the file "winss.exe" is consuming the resources.
