Lack of Support

The only work around for help with the subscription to the 3 computers is to install then uninstall every 14 days to keep the OneCare current. It takes about 30 minutes to go through that process every two weeks. Without MS Help in resolving this issue this is my only workaround. Suggestion stick with Norton.

Jeffrey, if your PCs are not able to reach the update server daily to stay current, you have a problem that needs to be identified as it isn't normal. Since it is affecting all of your 3 computers, I suspect that there is a problem on the network side of things, perhaps your router or your ISP, preventing the communication to the servers. Support should be able to help troubleshoot this. If first level is unable to resolve it, please ask for the problem to be escalated. Uninstalling and reinstalling every 14 days is not only unacceptable to you, it will eventually cause you to be blocked from activating once again despite having an active subscription.
