when i open live care its says my virus and spyware protection needs to be updated, but when i click "update now" it tells me that it can't because my subscription has expired. We have already had live care on our computer, but asks me for all new information if i chose to "activate". I don't want 2 live care programs on my computer. What do i need to do?
Check your subscription status by signing in at http://billing.microsoft.com using the LiveID found as Subscription ID in Help/About in OneCare. If it has not expired, check the PC date and time. If that is also correct, please contact support.
