Unable to start Project Server workflow and show following error log in queue

Hi All,
Suddenly we come across following error while creating new projects through PWA site and even OOB workflow stopped working.
Can any one of you let us know why is this happened and steps to fix this.

Hi,
Is there anything in your ULS logs under the category 'Workflow Infrastructure' around the same time as the error above?

A potential cause could be: if you redeployed a new version of the workflow, you need to re-associate the EPT. Don't remember if it gives the same error on that occasion.
