    Hi all,

I have a project where work is split out across generic manning ie  operator 1, operator 2 etc.

I know the quantity of work I have and I am trying to work out the manning level required to complete the task in a defined time.

I know I can use the 24 hr, standard or night shift calendars but I really need a day AND night shift calendar in one, with the appropriate breaks etc in there too.

    An example:-

32 hours for a task with 1 operator = 32 hours work. Thats doesnt necessarily mean it will b complete in 29 hours due to shift change, breaks etc

So 32 works really = 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts.

Is there a way to show this?

    Thanks for any help

    Alex

    Hi Alex,

Specifically what are your day and night shifts?  There really is not reason that I can think of why you cannot create a calendar where the working time encompasses both the day shift hours and the night shift hours.

Can you give us the shifts you need to create and we'll see if we can be of more help.
