Is there an easy way to convert Project Professional 2003 project plans to an XML format that can be used to uplade as workitem fragments for use in EPK 4.3 Portfolio items.  This would be used for Time tracking.  Project Plans were created after the Portfilio Items were created but when we use the Import function supplied by EPK to import a project plan as a workitem fragment the information come across in the sequence that the tasks from the project plan were created and not in the order that the tasks are listed in the project plan.

    Hi Gwillia,

I guess you are asking a way to covert a Project 2003 schedule to XML, you can refer to following link :

That did not help.  When I Clicked on Save As it did not give me the option to select the type of file I would like to save as, I was only allowing me to save it right back to MS Project

At the bottom of the Save As dialog there was not a dropdown where you could pick the file type?

Make sure you have Service Pack 3 installed as I think there were some xml changes.
