define RBS structure

Hi,
We have a scenario, where we have multiple clients, multiple resources.
Cluster of Client1, Client2 and Client3 is managed by Project Manager 1.
Following is the list of clients and the resources who work for those clients:
Client 1 -- Resource 1, Resource2
Client 2 -- Resource 1, Resource2
Client 3 -- Resource1, Resource3
Cluster of Client4 and Client5 is managed by Project Manager 2.
Following is the list of clients and the resources who work for those clients:
Client 4 -- Resource2, Resource4
Client5 -- ResourceResource4, Resource5, ClientProjectManager
Can following requirements be implemeted?
1. To cluster clients together and manage them as a group while maintaining segregation of data and configurations
2. to control access (and visibility) to clients or groups of clients based on role
Can we design an RBS which will satisy above requirements?
Could you please explain how the RBS structure will look like?
What will be the value of the RBS that we can assign to Resource2 who works for Client1, Client2 & Client4 and Client 1 and 2 are under one Project Manager and Client 4 is under a different Project Manager?
Similarly what will be the possible RBS values that can be assigned to other resources who are working for multiple clients(wokring under multiple managers)?
Thanks in advance.

I can't begin to tell you how to do this without a more complete set of requirements. The following, in particular needs significant specifics:
1. To cluster clients together and manage them as a group while maintaining segregation of data and configurations
2. to control access (and visibility) to clients or groups of clients based on role
Also, what you're asking for is not a simple how-to answer as there is more than one way of accomplishing this and you're essentially asking for a considerable amount of consulting time.
The good news is that very little has changed in the security model between 2007 and 2010, so you can not only access the information about 2010 on TechNet, but you can also use the more indepth information available on TechNet for 2007 to answer your questions. My book, Implementing and Administering Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 which has an excellent tutorial chapter on working with the security model.
