I need to make a presentation of the 2010 EPM on one client but not have enough projects for this presentation. Can be created via a SQL script that manages projects lie just to present the solution.

Not sure about SQL Script, but you could do this using Powershell. See Paul's blog post here: http://pwmather.wordpress.com/2012/01/17/create-and-publish-a-project-in-projectserver-via-powershell-ps2010-msproject-sp2010/
You could also try using the Demo VM provided by Microsoft, that has many pre-created projects.
