Hi,
I have a Project Manager access with publish permission but i cannot publish any of the projects.
when i try to publish i receive the following message:
"You do not have sufficient permission to publish the project to Project Server
Access can also be denied if the project is not available in Project Server. Some possible reasons are:
The project has not yet been saved successfully to the server. In this case, In this case, you can decide to wait for the project save to Server. You can check the status of your pending jobs using Project Web Access (Go to "Personal Settings" and click on "My Queued jobs link")
The project has been deleted on the server. In this case you can choose the File menu, select "Save As" to save the project as a different project and attempt publishing again.
If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."
I have checked the project is properly saved, i have checked with the other guy who is having the same permission he is able to publish the plan.
Can anyone tell what is the cause of this issue?

you need to check your Category defnition carefully. In the Category that gives you the Publish Project permission, check to see which Projects you have permission on. It may be, for example, that you have permission only to publish projects of which you are the owner. If so, then you would not be able to publish a project owned by someone else.
Another possibility is that you are associated with a Category that Denies you permission to publish.
