Hi,
Each time we open an Excel Report from PWA 2010, we get the warning: "Some files can harm your computer..."
To avoid this warning I applied the following post:
but now I get a worst message:
"Impossible to open the document for editing. None application compatible with SharePoint Foundation has been detected to edit the document."
Thanks

Hi WLID1966--
Do you see the same issue on every machine or to a specific machine? How about the IE version & OS? Is the SharePoint Open document class add on enabled on IE?

Hi Amit,
I'm working on a test system. So I have only one client machine.
IE version: 8.0.6001.18702
OS: XP Professional SP3
SharePoint OpenDocument Class is deactivated. That's this setting which generated this new error message.
Thanks

Thanks Amit,
Disabling the "SharePoint OpenDocument Class" IE add-on fixed the issue for us.- Edited by PaulH12 Wednesday, August 15, 2012 8:02 AM
