404 error followed by log out when clicking on "My Alerts"

This is not 100% reproducable, however it is reproducable. Just click on the my alerts link.
I have noticed that not not all threads that i post on appear in "My Threads" or "My Alerts".
For instance, this thread is not in either, despite my having posted in it twice:
