No HTML encoding on alerts?

  So, I responded to this thread, titled, "Click a <button> element in a webBrowser component", and when I started receiving alerts, you guessed it, I had a an actual button in my email.  To be precise, I had text that said "click a" and then a button with text in it that started with "element in a webBrowser component", followed by the text of the response in the email.  Perhaps these titles and text should be HTML encoded for alerts?
