Well, my aunt managed to download a monstrous virus onto her computer, and, i couldn't think of anything to do, other than wipe the drive.. So.. I did.. But, now she can't seem to find her system restore disk... She still has the product key number and everything.. But.. I cant do anything with it unless i have the operating system.. Is there any way that i can download that from microsoft to replace it?

    Hi WhiteTux,

the system restore disk usually comes from the system provider. From my memory, in the past, they come in the form of a CD/DVD. However, these days, they have it preloaded into the disk and kept in a seperate partition. To get this partition back, i'm afraid you'll have to contact your system vendor.

What's the Operating System you are using??
