    When I try to sign in to SharedView using Version 8.0.3730.0, I get "Unable to contact the SharedView service.  Please try again later.

    How can I sign in?

    When I navigate to https://svc.sharedview.com/client-config.txt in IE 7.0.5730.13, IE says "There is a problem with this website's security certificate."  I "Continue to this website" and view the certificate; IE says it is:

    Serial Number: 01 1c dd 7c 85 12

    Issuer:

    OU = CyberVillians Certification Authority
    O = CyberVillians.com

    Sunday, October 14, 2007 1:23:57 PM

    From a different computer, I'm able to sign in.  Looking at the certificate the same way from the working computer, I see:

    How can I get the non-working computer to see the valid certificate?

        I have the same problem. However, when I type the config file address on the address bar of IE, the file is displayed. I'm able to see the certificate and IE says is valid from 2/8/2008 to 2/7/2009. The certification path is: GTE CyberTrust Global Root -> Microsoft Internet Authority -> Microsoft Secure Server Authority -> *.sharedview.com.

         

        I might have a firewall blocking file downloads, and if that's the case, what should I do then?
