    Issue

    When signing into SharedView Beta 1 version 8.0.2729.1 or joining a session for the first time, the following message is shown: "Unable to contact the SharedView service.  Pleas try again later." 

     

    This message will be shown to any users who previously installed but never used SharedView Beta 1. 

     

    Workaround

    To resolve this issue, please install SharedView Beta 2 version 8.0.3328.0 from www.sharedview.com
