Hi all,
I want to ping between two SORA boards. I've configured both the machines with the default sdr.inf and configured IP address in the same subnet.
I've also tried changing
HKR, , NetworkAddress, 0, "02-50-F2-00-00-01"
and
HKR, , ModMode, 0, "802.11a"
in sdr.inf
Network interface is able to send packets but it not receiving packets at all. Kindly help me to solve the problem.

I tried UDP unicast as well as bcast. But no improvement.
Here are some more details about my setup.
- I use Intel i7-950 processor in the SORA system. Motherboard: Intel WX58BP, 4GB RAM, Win XP SP3.
- I used http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/is/sora/thread/b759e1d9-800a-4ca7-a0b6-ee53b6b548c8 as a fix while installing SORA SDK.
- My system crashes sometimes when I enable SORA ethernet adaptor.

I uninstalled SORA version 1.1 and tried on SORA SDK 1.5. I found that the basic hardware test itself was failing when I used HW test tool.
I have put the error messages from send terminal and receive terminal below. Please tell me what error exactly it is.
I'm getting the same error even after resetting the hardware.

Hi,
Can you try to do a clean install again? Please remove all related files, like pcie.sys, hwtest.sys, sdrminiport.sys, and sdr.inf, from your system driver folder, and reinstall Sora ver 1.5.
Then, repeat HVT tests. If it fails again, please send us your detailed motherboard information, i.e. the chipset and the manufacture name, and the Sora RCB/Radio Adaptor Board purchase info, so that we can track the specific firmware with your boards.
Thanks,
- Kun

Hi,
Is it possible for you to test on another machine with different motherboard? There could be the hardware incompatible issue.
Your firmware should work fine with the new Sora release.
Thanks,

Hi,
Can you please tell the known list of motherboards that work with SORA board?
Is there any other way to test whether there is some fault in SORA board?
Thanks.
