    Hi,

    I want to retrieve the the phone number of the person calling when the call gets routed to a response group within the OCS 2007 R2. Is there a way I can get this at runtime when the call gets actually connected to an agent part of the response group ?

    Any help in this regard would be really grateful.

    Do you want it when it gets placed in the response group or do are you looking to pass it to the operator when they retrieve the call from the response group?
