Outbound Dialer Voicemail Detection

  Is there any way, either built in or 3rd party, to detect when Speech Server dials out and is answered by voicemail?  I'd like to be able to play a different message for calls that are answered by voicemail, or at least wait until the voicemail greeting is done playing before playing back my message.
