    Hello,

     

    1. When I try to playback audio record in analytics and tuning studio, I get an error, "The source audio format is currently not supported". What additional codec/feature do I need to install?
    2. When I try to export session audio, I get the same error : "Failed to save the following audio files: c:\...\*.wav The source audio format is currently not supported".

    PS. Wav's exported from *.etl files using MssContentExtract play perfectly (using windows media player).
