I have 7 Excel Address Contact files for different customer types. My need is to use Streets & Trips to plan my day trips to the various accounts. I would like to have different push Pins for each of the 7 groups. And then export them to a GPS.
That's an easy one. If you have 7 files, you can do 7 different imports. Then open Legend & Overview. It will show up to the left of the map. Double Click on one of your push pin file sets on the list. Click on the push pin down arrow,
and change it to what ever symbol you want. Do the same for the other 6.
Then, you can save it as an *.STT file which is a Template. Then you can see all your contacts everytime you open the map. If you make changes, you can save it as a map file (*.EST) or a template file (*.STT).
