Import points from S&T 2003

Wednesday, May 23, 2012 4:51 PMI have a client that has an old version of Streets and Trips (I believe 2003?) and she wanted to upgrade to the latest version but wasn't sure if it would import her way points? I can't find an answer on the FAQs or Google so I was hoping someone could help me out.

Hi bschoolm,
One approach is to keep the database of locations in a non-Streets & Trips file, such as Excel, from which it can be at any time imported to any S&T version. However, if your client only has the locations in an S&T file, they could try to open on the same computer an instance of S&T2003 and an instance of the latest version, then copy/paste pushpin sets from old to new.
