    I did all the steps in the recovery process from the recovery of window xp administrator password, 1 thru 13. When I got to step 12 I removed all the users including myself, and opt to use control userpasswords2. Now I can't log on to my account, because no windows appears, to click and log on to in my account . Also I couldn,t locate my product key, can Mirco Center in Detroit,  the place where I purchased window xp,  provide me with my product key,what can I do? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

    If you have windows install cd, try to repair windows by install cd. Or you can try to copy the \WINDOWS\repair\sam file to \windows\system32\config\sam.
