Why don't all the sub forums apply the same style of win8?

Hi,
I notice that MSDN such as C# General or F#…… using win8 style.
But this fourm(not only this:http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/adodotnetentityframework/threads),doesn't apply……Why ?

I think you should be happy to this specific forum doesnt using win8 style. This new style just bring visual problems, difficult to identify proposed answers and bugs.Web Developer
