To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

This is not related to the Microsoft Sync Framework. Please use the .net framework forums to post your question and get some help.

Hi,
This problem is caused by:
EULALauncher.NET Assembly Version: 1.0.2461.17552 Win32 Version: 1.0.2461.17552 CodeBase: file:///C:/dell/E-Center/EULALauncher.exeContact your dell support.
This application from Dell is attempting to display a EULA (End User License Agreement), but it cannot find a file it needs.
You could fix this yourself by looking for the program in the Startup programs (see: http://oreilly.com/windows/archive/how-to-remove-startup-programs.html) and removing it.- Proposed As Answer by Rudi - Euricom Tuesday, January 05, 2010 2:15 PM
