      The following location has the documentation.  Not sure how depth it is covered.

      After installing the MSFv2 CTP2 SyncSDK.msi, you should be able to find the SyncSDK_v2.chm file under %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft SDKs\Microsoft Sync Framework\v2.0\Documentation\1033\.

          Greetings!

          I too am looking for some code samples of this new custom filter functionality in the CTP2 release.  While the documentation is useful, I find myself struggling to find the starting point for implementing this.
