Sync Framework 4.0 Go Live License

I have read that Microsoft is still determining the release date for Sync Framework 4.0 but hope to have it before the end of Q1 2011. However, the EULA indicates that the CTP bits should not be deployed into production. I'm very interested in using this framework in a production application but my release schedule is end of January.
Will there be a Go Live license? If so, when will it be available?
Just want to know whether or not I need to plan on using something else for my Windows Phone 7 app.
Thank you.

I should clarify that I am not looking for information on the RTW, but rather whether or not I can use it in production. The thread http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/synclab/thread/ed1fb4cd-9362-4e1c-96a1-a44e1621f481 talks about it not being allowed in production but specifically mentions that the EULA does appear to allow for it through another agreement with Microsoft.
Any update would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I heard back from Microsoft. They have heard the request for production use and are working with their legal department. However, they indicated that I should check back with them in February on progress so probably a good ways to go until a Go Live license is available.
Sadly this means that I'll have to use something else in the meantime and then consider switching to Sync 4.0 whenever it becomes available.

Did you hear back from Microsoft's legal department? We are in the same position. Would you be able to share with whom you were speaking? If you prefer you rather than replying in the forum you can contact me via email mlang at epicor.com.
Thanks

Microsoft provided an update on the forums (which can be found at http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/synclab/thread/2c6f1ab8-fed4-4c43-9a55-93002a9a8e02). Basically it's not good news. They have postponed the official release without a clear date for when it will be officially released. They are pretty sure it will not be 2011 though.
They mentioned that they are planning on releasing source code (planned to be a month or two away) and should have more information to share in a week or two.
Like I said, basically bad news.

We are also waiting for the release of V4.0. Primarily to use interceptors, which seems to be available only with v4.0?
Still NO update from Microsoft on this? Please give us some good news.

let me clarify first v4.0 CTP, there is no RTM for v4.0, what was supposed to be the V4.0 was released as a code sample instead which is what is called the Sync Framework Toolkit now. Sync Framework Toolkit is what you may call the "RTM" of 4.0 CTP.
you can always intercept changes in Sync Fx 2.1, after changes are selected in ChangesSelected event, when changes are applied at ApplyingChanges.
fyi, the update is the first to pinned topics at the top of this page.

Thank you very much for the hint.
Is there any update on the release plan of v4.0 from Microsoft?

as i have mentioned there is no v4. the toolkit is what was supposed to be v4.
if they come up with a new version, we dont know if that's going to be v4 or what features will be in that version.
