Sync toy contact?

  Greetings,

  I asked a question a couple weeks ago and no one responded.  Does sync toy have a help number or  a customer support number I can call to get an answer?  I can't seem to find one.  I understand them wanting us to get all our answers here but if no one answers I'm s.o.l.
