Locked Live Meeting Test Connection Error

    I have a Windows 2003 system.  I connect to live meeting on the internet just fine.  I have added the Live Meeting add-in so that I can schedule meetings from Outlook.  When I setup the user preference I tested the connection.  I get the following error: The Live Meeting Service Unexpectidly returned invalid data.  Please contact your administrator.

    Well my administrator doesn't have a clue.  What should I do?

      You need to uninstall the add in and download the newest version from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA102368901033.aspx. Install it, then configure your user account with it in outlook, and then it should work fine. You've probably figured it out on your own after all this time but I figured someone ought to answer.
