We are using OCS2007 with Outlook2003. We have the conf addins installed.
When a user is sent a live meeting invitation the "Join the Meeting" hyperlink is in the email but when the user accepts the meeting and it is put in the calendar the "Joing the Meeting" hyperlink is gone. In its place is a non-hyperlink line that has meetip:email@example.com followed by the meeting info.
Our app team got a new conf addin and a hot fix. What we see now is a hyperlink.
But we still don't get "Join the Meeting"
Anyone have any ideas????

don't know if this is similar to your problem, but we were facing this problem with Meet Now meetings which were opened as "Only text" instead of "rich text".
The fix is to copy a file named msftedit.dll to C:\Windows\system32 which is responsible for the Livemeeting formatting.
But this will only word for the Meet Now Emails as far as I know.

Check out the KB954230 hotfix. This should provide a resolution... if you are seeing the same thing that we are, the formatting in your calendar items is all lost (for the recipient, not the creator of the meeting... after installing the hotfix for Outlook 2003, you will see that
'Join the meeting' is not turned into a hyperlink, but the string that forms the meeting address is.
