Locked live meeting add-in please install MS Office outlook 2002 and then try again

    I have three machines that will not install the live meeting addin.  They keep getting the following error.

    All machines are vista enterprise SP 1 and Office 2007.  Communicator and Live Meeting install fine. It is the outlook add-in that we are having an issue with.  We are installing with the most current versions.

      Did you install Office 2007 SP1

       

      These are the latest Conferencing client and Add-in

        Yes we have office 2007 SP1 on both the working and non working systems.  And I have downloaded the most curent versions of the client and add-in.  Still same issue.
