Locked Task in Outlook: Deleted a message in a Task...can I recover it?

    I frequently drag emals messages into a task to track things.   I had the task open and accidentaly delete the email massage in the task.  (not the full task)  I see nothing in the recycle bin.  Is there a way of recovering the message??
