Backup Exchange 2007 running on Server 2008

The backup build into Windows Server 2003 could backup Exchange 2003. Does Windows Server 2008 have something built in to backup Exchange 2007? Are there plans to build one in? Or are we suppose to use 3rd party backup programs to backup Exchange 2007?
