I have no alerts in OC client (integration working) however my Person Names section of Outlook in Tools, Options is grayed out.(but is working for everyone else in office), so I have not Outlook presence. We checked all the various presence settings in registry, and Messenger is working properly. I have uninstalled & reinstalled OC but didn't help. Any suggestions to enable Person Names? Thanks, Fred

Hi,
I had the same issue with Outlook 2007 on XP SP2.
The following registery change solved my problem: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\common\personamenu\enabled=1
Thanks.
