Office Communicator Outlook Integration Error on Vista Machines

We are running OCS 2007 with OC build 2.0.6362.0 on our workstations.
All of the XP machines with Office 2003 & 2007 work fine, but the Vista machines runnning Office 2007 get the Outlook integration error. We have installed the Office 2007 hotfix on these machines.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Bill

Have you configured Autodiscover correctly (in Exchange)
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124251(EXCHG.80).aspx
Make sure that your certificates are also correct on your CAS Server (FQDN of CAS server must be in certificate)
The default certificate for Exchange will not work

Johan,
Yes, we have configured autodiscover and checked the certificates.
I actually need to modify this post. The error is "Exchange Connection Error" not Outlook integration.

Are you using a proxy server?
Remove the proxy server from the Internet Explorer and restart MOC
If that is the problem then you need to add exceptions to the proxy configuration

No, we do not use a proxy server.
We have discovered that we have one Vista machine that does not show this error, so we are trying to determine what is different about it's configuration. Also, the other machines do appear to connect periodically. I had one user who was on vacation and his out of office presence updated in OCS (everyone else can see it), but now that he is back and turned of his out of office in outlook, OCS will not update.

Can you turn on Logging on MOC
Tools -> Options -> General
restart MOC and look in the eventlog

We gave this a try on one of the machines and it did not fix the issue.
I need to clarify that the actual error we are geting is "Exchange Connection Error" in OC on Vista machines. The Outlook integration error was an earlier issue we had.

I had another user try the "fixmapi" and it did not fix the issue on his machine either.

Hi,
I had exactly the same issue and I could fix it with a change of the config on the IIS which is handling the Exchange Web-Access:
I did what is described in the following link to the EWS directory but I had to use "NTLM" instead of "Negotiate,NTLM":
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/215383
I used this command on the IIS:
cscript adsutil.vbs set w3svc/WebSite/root/EWS/NTAuthenticationProviders "NTLM"Without this, it was working if I enabled only the Basic Authentication on the IIS, but then the Outlook Clients asked always for the login... -

Saturday, August 30, 2008 2:52 PMHi,
I have the same issue, and I resolve this by unchecking an option in the Advanced parameter of IE, in french it is "Verifier la révocation du certificat du serveur*". I guess in english it will be "Check the revocation of the server certificate". -

Thank you for this suggeastion and the ones before. I have asked the Vista users to give this a try (I am not running Vista on my machine).
I should clarify that the error is actually "Exchange Integration Error" We were getting the Oultook error initially, but that was only for machines that were connecting theough the OCS Edge server. The Vista machines are getting the Exchange Integration error intermintently regardles of how they are connected.

Check SPN list on Exchange 2007 with Client Access role, if http/server services not exist - register its.
