    Hello:

    May I know does any suggestion for the following case?
    I have 2 groups of different users that one group will assign a task to the others. I have try to issue a tasks from one side but in other side's users just receive a normal text mail.

    Both side user are using outlook 2003 & 2007
    The exchange server is Ex2000 & Ex2003
