how to reformat windows vista home premier without a disc?
- Hi,my laptop is Toshiba, windows vista home premier edition. when we got it, there wasn't a disc for reformation use come with the laptop, but didn't realize maybe it should of. anyway, lately, my laptop had virus, and i want to reformat it, but none of my friends sure what and how to do it.will reformation will kill all the virus? and is this to do with my computer on line speed as well?many thanks.sophia
