Don't understand why site is totally out of good rankings

I run site yobt.com, it became so interesting for me why it's totally out of any good terms? why even by typing yobt in query - my site does not appear? i don't see any crawl problems, i don't use any strange technics, so it's just so interesting for me what can be the reason. Maybe you can point me somewhere so i could do something to improve rankings? I have a lot of backlinks from big sites in adult, so nothing unusual. Totally don't understand why, hope you can help me1
