Windows Anytime Upgrade

Hi, Can you help. I have a Toshiba net book which has Win7 Starter Pre-installed. I have purchased Windows Anytime Upgrade Home Premium from Amazon. When I eneter the Prod Key it tells me it's not a valid product key. What is my next step?
