    Thanks for your reply.

But I think the asp.net forum would not work. I need some kind of a software to monitor the users activities on the internet. I need to know what sites the have visited and how much they have downloaded.

So I assume from your reply that  you are looking for a commercial software product and not advice on a Microsoft technology.
I don't know of such a product but might I suggest that the ethical thing to do would be to fully inform your employee(s) of your intent to monitor their internet usage whatever means you use.

Yes Colm, we have take care of that. Employees know that they will be monitored. Any suggestions?

I can recommend the software I am using. It is called My Team Monitor and I registered to use it for free at their website www.myteammonitor.com. It records the number and times keystrokes and mouse clicks were made, the times and durations of active and idle periods of the computers, and it also sends frequent screenshots of each employee's computers.  I think it is great because it not only records data about the employees' internet usage but everything else they do during their work-hours.
