Microsoft Outlook 2012 Launching Problem

Hi,
I have problems in launching my Microsoft Outlook. It keeps on having the screen saying processing. However, the screen is hanged and no responsing.
Anyway I can open Outlook to read my emails? Is my mailbox size too large which make it cannot open?
