    Is it possible to email a link to a file located on WHS? The recipient would simply click on that link to initiate download without a need to enter user name & password etc. This would be a great way to send files over 10Mb that are often rejected by many email systems.

    No. Users are required to authenticate on the server before they will be given access to files in the shares.
    I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
