I have a few accounts setup to be accessed by remote connection through the web browser, is there a addin or some sort of software that I can use to monitor who is connected and when?

The Windows Home Server Console shows (in the left portion of the status bar) who is connected to your server remotely at any given time. If you need more than that, there are add-ins that expose the various server event logs, and you will find information about who logged in and when in those logs.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)

The Remote Alert WHS add-in does a good job displaying remote access history and provides real time notifications
